What we accept
FlynnO’Hara accepts returns and exchanges for any unworn, unaltered, and unwashed product in its original packaging up to 180 days from purchase using our online returns portal. Products marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
How do I submit a return?
All return and exchange requests must be submitted via our Returns & Exchanges portal. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.) Please follow all instructions on the portal; your return request is considered complete once you receive a shipping label or QR code. Please note that returns from different orders cannot be combined into a single package – we apologize for the inconvenience.
Are returns free?
Exchanges and refunds for store credit are free of charge; returns to the original form of payment will incur a standard $6 restocking fee.
How long will my exchange take?
For standard exchanges, new items are shipped upon receipt of the original item, so make sure to get your exchanges in the mail as soon as you can! If you need your replacement products sooner, we recommend selecting “Instant Exchange,” which allows us to place a hold on your credit card so that your replacement items can be shipped out instantly. Please be aware that if your returned items are not received and processed by our warehouse within 28 days of requesting your exchange, your card will be charged for the value of your replacement items.
Can I purchase something else when I return an item?
If you’d like to purchase another item during your return process, please click “return” when selecting items you wish to return. On the next page, you’ll have the option to “Shop Now” or “Shop Later” with your refund amount. If you choose to shop now or later, you will not be charged a $6 restocking fee.
How long will my refund take?
Returned items can take up to 10 business days to process once delivered to our warehouse. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method; please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received a refund 14 business days after your return was delivered, please contact us at help@flynnohara.com.
What if there is an issue when my order arrives?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item. You can either email us at help@flynnohara.com or submit an exchange request via our Returns & Exchanges portal.
