The earlier you can shop, the better! Our recommendation is to shop at least 30 days
before the start of school if you can. This allows enough time for returns or exchanges
in the event that something doesn’t fit, to ensure you have everything you need for the
first day of class. It also means you’ll beat the back-to-school rush of late August and
early September!

Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 and will take between 5-6 days to reach you! We charge a flat rate of $11 for orders under $100. If you need your uniform to arrive sooner, we offer expedited shipping for $25.

Orders for in-stock uniform items typically ship within just a few hours of purchase, so
once an order is placed on our website, we cannot change or cancel it. However, if
you no longer need the items on your order, we do accept returns & exchanges up to 180 days from purchase!

We’re constantly restocking our shelves to keep up with demand. If the size you need is
out of stock, enter your email address on that product page to receive an email as soon as we are restocked. We also offer a number of alternative product options for each uniform item, so be sure to check in other colors or styles!

We do! We’re so grateful to Stratford’s incredible team that we offer a 20% discount on
all uniform orders for employees and their families. If you work at Stratford, just email us
at help@flynnohara.com from your school email address, and we’ll get you set up with
your discount.

We do! At FlynnO’Hara, garments are guaranteed up to one year from their date of
purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with the way a FlynnO'Hara item is
holding up, we’re happy to replace it with an identical item at no charge. Exchanges

While we don't have retail stores in California just yet, our online Stratford Uniform Shop
makes uniform shopping easy! Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase, and reach customers in under 5 days! We also offer free shipping on all online orders over $100, and the option of expedited shipping at checkout. Finally, our online portal makes returns and exchanges easy by mail up to 180 days from purchase.
